A traditional stone detached country house set in it’s own grounds. With renovations completed recently, the property comprises of a large lounge area with TV, dining table and antique furniture. The lounge leads to a balcony that overlooks the lake (seasonal).
Double doors to hallway leading to a shared bathroom and four bedrooms ( one bedroom with en suite). Downstairs to hallway with small utility and a large open plan kitchen diner with dining table that seats 10. There are 5 sets of French windows that lead to separate patios, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine at various times of the day.
The Pool area
Lazy days by the poolThe south facing garden consists of a large swimming pool with diving board. There are parasols and eight comfortable sun loungers with cushions to enjoy. A separate sofa area is positioned to enjoy the evening sun. A gas BBQ and large dining table with benches is positioned under cover to enable you to eat comfortably, away from the hot summer sun.

The Dordogne is the gourmet capital of France,so why not spend relaxing evenings creating your own unique dishes in the super large, well equipped kitchen. This social space with a huge cooking island, multiple ovens and extra large dining table provides the perfect environment to spend quality time with friends and family.
The Garden
Family fun in the sun
Enjoy the warm evenings playing pétanque and cooking and dining outside on the BBQ. The children’s play area is positioned in the garden within viewing distance of the pool. Children’s play area comprises of climbing frame, slide, monkey bars, 2 swings and a bell tent for younger children. Badminton net, rackets and mini football nets are provided on site along with tennis rackets and table tennis bats for use at the public tennis court and table tennis table at the end of the road.
